    What's not to love about this place? The customer service is always fantastic. I always get the best help with a friendly smile and a great attitude. They have often offered to find my shoe or my size at a different store for me. This shoe selection is always great. I love the pricing. I like the fact that I can get all of my family's shoes there at 1 shop. This place is always great to make a quick stop to pick up a quick pair of shoes for that last-minute occasion.

    Purchased a pair of shoes online. They refused to refund them and forced me to take a gift certificate which I refused. Will no longer shop at any Payless.
